I have about twenty ideas for websites that I just never did. Well, now I would like to start them...... I need a stable web developer, that can build site templates, I will provide content, and the programmer will assist me in uploading and maintaining.... Ideally, I hope to develop a long term partnership with someone, a go-to person that will develop the sites. These will be sites that have content and adwords/shopping links/affiliates/etc. And because of this I am willing to share longterm percentages of site income. That is, the better the site the more you will prosper too. I would like to see some examples of work, that's pretty much the only determining factor.
