Seeking graphic designer to create new layout and design for an existing website--www.arizonapain.com. The assignment is to create a new template / mock-up for the front page of http://www.arizonapain.com. A basic design document will be provided, as well as the company logo. I will hire the four best applicants and pay $60 each for their submission of a template / mock-up in Adobe Photoshop format. Whoever submits the best mock-up will be offered a job at $22 USD / hour to design the rest of the website revision (minimum of 10 hours).
