software programming - audio recording program
I'm starting a website that users can go an record audio material, and have it stored on the website. I need an audio, recording program that can be posted on a website and used on the website. Users need to be able to access storage, record audio, edit audio, and even be able to use sound effects. I'm not too sure the complexities involved, and am hoping that a computer programmer would know how to get this accomplished.
