Create OXID theme

I need someone to create a new theme for OXID which looks a bit like http://cms.template-help.com/magento_25537/ Note that this will involve multiple templates for different pages of the website. The website we want to update is http://www.ledbulbs.ie Before applying for this job, please make sure you can do it in a reasonable timeframe. I would prefer if you downloaded the latest build of OXID and had a look at the templating process to make sure you can handle it because like many open source projects the documentation is not very good.
