I need a map professionally re-drawn and detailed, close as possible to original. I want a master copy (PSD format) of the image file in four layers. The bottom layer the original map, the second layer the land, the third layer the landmarks such as houses etc. Then the fourth and final layer the text. The map needs to be in color. The map was copied from 2 pages out of a book so it needs to look clean and seamless as if it was from one page. Looking for high quality artist only. Budget is $50 max that is high as I can go.
