Customer management, billing and trouble ticket system
we are a web design company and we are looking for the ability for our clients to login to our pre-exsisting site and see the status of their project, view and pay invoices that we have uploaded, and retrieve important login details about their site. They will also be able to submit and track trouble tickets regarding issues with their site or changes they would like to make, including uploading of files for retrieval by out admin team. This should also allow for our sales reps to login and create quotes for clients and have those added to the "clients area" for their review and approval. Integration with authorize.net/paypal or some other major billing provider will be required. We will require full release of copyright on all work upon completion.
