I need a developer to create a custom add on module for PBX in a Flash that will allow the user to run one of 3 custom reports. Each report should allow user to select a scope for the report as one of seven options: Today (Default) Yesterday This Week Last Week This Month Last Month Date Range (Start Date / Time to End Date / Time) - The date fields should be selectable via a popup calendar or hand entered and should contain validation for dates and time. Times should be entered as 24 hour times. The reports needed are as follows: Calls by Group: This report should allow the user to select to base the report on either Ring Groups or Queues. The report should then summarize all calls for the selected period by either Groups or Queues. See the attached file calls_by_acd_summary.pdf for the report layout. Calls by Extension Summary: This report should contain a summary of all calls by Extension for the selected period. See the attached file calls_by_ext_sum.pdf for report layout. Calls By Extension Details: This report should contain the details behind the summary report above. It should be sorted by extension. See the attached file calls_by_ext_det.pdf. The module should be installable via the Free PBX module administration, Upload Module function and be called Call Center Reporting. Once installed, the module should be accessible via a menu item for Call Center Reporting. Once clicked, the user should be presented with a screen that displays the list of reports as radio buttons. Once a report is selected, the user should be able to select the report period and, if necessary, enter additional report parameters. Once all report parameters are entered (should be validated), the user should be able to click a "Run Report" button and be presented wtih an HTML report containing the requested data. The report should have a "Print" button that will popup a printer friendly version of the report that can be printed via the browser's print function. This screen should have a "Print" button that will perform the equivalent of Ctrl+P. Keywords: Asterisk, SQL, PHP, PBX
