I need a Plugin/Script for sidebar article navigation that will adapt to any sidebar width. The plugin/script is to compact navigation and organize articles on the websites. It will have a Title, Categories, drop-down menu for articles selection. In addition it will need to have the ability to add and change easily several aspects including background color, title name, categories, and articles, and the selection of articles chosen for the rotation of the "home" page.
