ActivPrayer, LLC is a social business that combines prayer and physical exercise in a cross-training fitness program. What Yoga is for Eastern religion, ActivePrayer will be for other religions including Christianity, Catholicism, Judaism, Islam and Integrated Spirituality. This new lifestyle will be promoted through: • A new franchise of prayer-based health & fitness clubs • A certification process for instructors to use ActivePrayer in any environment • Home fitness DVD’s and books which promote the power of prayer to make physical activity more meaningful and effective Class Format The company’s core offering is ActivPrayerTM, a boot-camp style fitness class built around prayer. Each 60-minute class consists of 30 minutes of physical training and 30 minutes of prayer in an alternating Action-Reflection format. The goal of an ActivPrayerTM class is to elevate whole body training to the level of whole being training. ActivPrayer also has a strong service component to the organization. Members receive 1 hour of free class for every 1 hour of charity/service that they perform. We are a community of believers who workout together, worship together, and serve together.
