I'm looking to recreate a limited edition plate that my best friend has been wanting for ages. Since only 25 were ever made of the plate and I lack the necessary artistic skills to replicate it, I'd like a medium sized serving platter or larger sized plate painted around the rim to say "The Wizard of Oz is just a story about two women fighting over a pair of shoes" with a pair of ruby red slippers in the middle. Some other decoration along with the shoes would be nice, like a wand or small embellishments. I can provide a picture of the exact plate when I return to Huntington and the store where it resides.
