STT and TTS .Net C# Application
Application to be written in C# 3.5 Framework. Must run on windows server 2003 x86 Application will accept audio file, perform STT (Speech To Text) Save flat file then will input that file and Produce audio file using TTS (Text To Speach) Audio file can be RAW, WAV(PCM), MP3 (not important at this point) As long as windows can play the file. Audio file --> STT --> Flatfile --> TTS --> Audio file Must support all languages supported by STT/TTS .Net/Windows API's. Must perform operations such that it functions on single windows server 2003 instance. Which means, can not login and logout to enabled windows localization. This must perform within a single Administrator account regardless of localized account. (defualt is English US) Therefore this is live localization selection.
