Quality Backlinks, Submissions & Listings Needed
I am looking for someone to build legitimate one way backlinks to various pages throughout my site - no link exchanges; no spamming. White hat tactics and strategies please; do follow links required. Also wanting this person to do submissions to rss feeds and blog rss feeds. Looking for someone that has exceptional communication skills (english) who can make intelligent comments on blogs, forums and also set up profiles on sites that have 'free listings'.
