We are looking for a reliable seo provider to achieve top 10 rankings for a very low competition term. Your bid should reflect how much you wish to be paid for getting one site ranked top 10, in this case on a keyword phrase with 235k competing websites. Your task will be to achieve and maintain the ranking of this website. Payment will be 50% in advance and 50% upon the website maintaining top 10 ranking for a period of time to be negotiated. At this point we will then negotiate a maintenance fee for keeping the website ranking. This fee will be for two keywords per website, however the two kw phrases differ by only one term so this should not affect link building efforts. Your bid should reflect how much you wish to be paid for getting one site ranked top 10, in this case on a keyword phrase with 235k competing websites. Please do not bid if you are simply offering article submission services etc. Only bid if you are willing to work toward a top 10 ranking for these websites. The terms are very low competition, and easily achievable. The only reason I do not do it myself is because I have other more pressing matters to take care of, and the number of websites in my portfolio is increasing rapidly. If you do not have a lot of reviews I am willing to take a chance on you but we would have to alter the up front payment to decrease my risk. I look forward to working with the winning bidder.
