Backoffice Data Entry - Qualify homes as occupied
We have a custom windows application that is designed to qualify homes for sale that may be occupied. The application is designed to extract listings and then store the pictures locally to be processed by a user as occupied, unoccupied or unknown. All work will be done on our servers to save you internet bandwidth during the extraction process. This position will involve the following: 1) Login to our server via logmein.com 2) Input the settings we specify for the application and start the extraction process. Log out. 3) Come back approximately 24 hours later after the application has had time to extract the data 4) Using the application go through each listing and view the pictures extracted. Homes containing an adequate amount of furniture will be set as occupied and those that are sparsely furnished or empty will be set as unoccupied. 5) Save the results to a csv file and prep the file for use: 5a) Remove listings that are blank 5b) Browse listings that may have pulled errors and correct them 5c) Create a separate list that contains the occupied listings after the above is done 5d) Import this list into Mappoint and add the records as waypoints 5e) Click "optimize route" and allow mappoint to perform the calulations 5f) Export the newly sorted list and open it with itnconv.exe 5g) Use itnconv.exe to convert the list into TomTom ITN files 6) Send the csv file of occupied listings and the ITN files to us This will need to be performed on a weekly basis and will occupy approximately 10 hours per week.
