I need a manadment program for a study center. It's much the same as used for gyms. Needs to have a teachers info page, a students info page and an accounting part. The accounting is the tricky part... it needs an input section (in excel, or something, that teachers fill out) and it needs to make all the calculations (numbers of classes bought, number of classes taken, promos.... a bit complex in terms of comparing everything) Thanks in advance If you can make it work online... even better :) Additional Info (Added 11/30/2009 at 5:45 EST)... Thanks for the reply. The students buy a set number of hours in diferent packages. There are lots of different prices. The teachers give the classes, and send a weekly resume of them all (student, day, hours given, wich class was given). The program needs to present me with how many hours were already spent by each student , how many and how much pay the teachers get, and how much the center gets. Need to get a monthly resume of it all on the teacher side (for payment purposes), another for the student (same reason) and one for the center. Of course, i need to have access to changing the values as time goes by (the payment fees for the teachers, and the price of the packages). Also need to keep track of students and teachers contact information. I've done a test in excel, but it's a bit ugly and i can't get it to add all the classes given if they lasted any diferent time then an hour. Keywords: Data, Basic, Entry, Support, Visual
