I am wanting to purchase a bird house resembling my parent's home as a Christmas gift. Price is negotiable, but I cannot exceed $85 including shipping. Their home is your basic cookie cutter colonial with a full front porch and side load garage. Siding is pale yellow and shutters are green. I have provided a sample photo. It is pretty close to my parent's home, but the garage should be side-load. I will provide a real photo, just have to find a good shot. Birdhouse needs to be weather resistant as it will be outside and used by the birds. I hope. Small to medium in size. Something ideal for a little bird such as a chickadee or finch.
