The site will feature several CSS styles resembling authentic newspapers each day, with the ability to edit the next day`s news styling and content days in advance. Articles would be assigned sections based on content as well as issue number based on post date. Articles would allow for text styling, image upload, video embedding, and feature the author of the article and their profile to the side or top of the article. Ability for the user to subscribe to a newsletter for each day that would be prepared by the staff before sending. Users would get points for site activity, which could then be used on products such as entries into giveaways and coupons for deals online. The site would need a game directory where we could create game pages that we could add screenshots, trailers, and details to. We would also need to be able to link those games to articles and for those articles to show up on the game pages. A Review system in which we can make an article have review styling and parameters (such as scores and awards for games.) The User system would allow users to have their own page and set of editable details (such as Xbox Live Gamercard, Playstation Card, Wii Number, what games they are playing now, etc..) and the ability to post in an on-site forum and comment on articles on the site. A Podcast article styling would be needed, along with the ability to post podcasts which can be played on the site. SEO necessary. Advertiser system where advertisement campaigns can be set up and advertisers can view impression details or upload their next ad. Classifieds section like a newspaper where users can publish products they have available for trade or sale, or they can post any other need they have (game boosting, looking for a specific group of users, gaming clans, etc..) Additional sections include a comics section, about us page, contact us page, contests, and legal documentation. Site would probably be database-based.
