Bidders, I am looking for creation of a database form for a tutoring website. The database will store visitor data (name, address, experience, etc) from a prospective student form and a prospective teacher form. The database needs to be secure. The database must have user-friendly frontend interface accessible via website. The admin must access general user info only. Therefore, only simple queries will be necessary. Must be able to search by first name, last name, address, zip code, years of experience, teachers only, students only, certifications, subjects, (or any combination of the above attributes) Must be able to Add/Remove new entry: 1) access for new tutor/teacher entry(with all attributes); 2)same for student(with all attributes); (list of attributes will accompany project details) Must be able to run reports: 1) creation of up to 4 reports with ability to export, print, and create .pdfs (specific reports TBD) Looking for an economical, yet reliable bid - budget approx. $250 - most interested in a competent bidder. Future work is inevitable if provider is competent and performs project within budget and specifications. If the provider's portfolio, feedback, and bid demand a larger budget, we will consider it. Finally, the client has an existing website. Therefore, the forms would need to be integrated into the customer's existing website pages. A list of fields for the forms would be provided.
