Produce an handmade item - Suspender Skirt/ Jumper.
i am looking for a very simple item that i have been completely unable to find. -not even in stores. i want a skirt with suspenders. think catholic school. i don't want a full jumper. just a simple skirt made of nice fabric with suspenders attached. i like the one in the picture attached, but think a longer skirt with a bit more flow/movement would suit me better. the price is per skirt and i do wish for them to be black. thank you!
