Flash Navigation Movie | Flash | XML

I need a small flash movie designed to display 5 star thumbnails that will link to other pages in the website. I will need all the thumbnails to read from a separate folder via xml document, where I can specify the links and thumbnail location. I have one started, but cannot figure out how to do the effect that I want. When it loads, I want one star to pop out first and then the others behind it. I want the stars to increase and shrink in size based on mouse movement, like the flash movie at www (dot) cramersweeney (dot) com It needs to be 100x250. I'll upload what I've created, but you can choose if you want to build from that or start a new one. If you can create it to function just like the one at CramerSweeney, only with a white background and using my stars instead of their boxes, and no text beneath, then I will be happy!
