This is a small project that simply requires windows based software to dial a phone number using VOIP and at connection pass simulated key presses to change an internal code in the pbx. Suggest either an Excel spreadsheet or an Access 2007 database be used for me to enter the new codes and then have the prgram send them. There could be several hundred of these codes needing processing each time the program is invoked. I have a spreadsheet with description that could be emailed to bidding candidates for better clarification. This is a single program. It is simple in design.
