We Recently purchased Inventor 2009/2010 for 12 users that have no Inventor experience. We had an AutoDesk reseller assist in discovery, installation and implementation. We need someone that can come in and get us setup & configured with regard to Inventor software, The Vault, Content Center, etc. Our users are too busy to spend alot of time figuring out the best way to get Vault content center setup and get Inventor properly setup on users desktops. Trying to use the AutoDesk reseller is expensive because of they way they charge.
