I'm in need of a flash ringtone maker. A user who wants to make a ringtone will 1) upload or provide a URL of a music file, and then 2) will select a short segment/selection of the song to use as the ringtone. 3) The user should have the option to convert their selection to a different file format (MP3/AAC/OGG/M4A are the most popular for ringtones). 4) Converting the bitrate to a lower quality is also an important feature to include. An example of a flash ringtone maker: makeownringtone [dot] com. However, my script doesn't need to be anywhere near as complicated as MakeOwnRingtone has.
