Quickbooks, Accounting and Bookkeeping NINJA
I started a online retail store on January 1st 2010. We've been getting orders daily on the site and a few wholesale orders offline. We use Paypal to process the credit card transactions online and accept checks/cash for the wholesale orders. The ultimate candidate will have accounting, bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience. Particular needs: -Setup all accounts in Quickbooks -Setup vendors and suppliers -Teach me the following: receiving inventory, creating invoices, adding discounts to invoices, taking out inventory to give out as free samples. -Importing the sales data from Paypal to Quickbooks -Figuring out how much sales tax was collected -Recording business expenses I have used Quickbooks before, I know how to do most basic transactions and I'm computer savvy. We won't be starting from scratch. I have Quickbooks 2010 installed on my PC. We will meet on Go to Meeting, share my screen and do things together. Keywords: Bookkeeping, Quickbook, Accounting
