I need a sign designer that lets the user add, move, resize and format text (change color and fonts) and shapes, then save. It then generates a pdf of the design. The signs size/canvas size will be 18x12 or 18x24 or 36x18 (inches) * The image rendering has to be fast, so php server side processing is recommended. * imagemagick available on server Please provide references to previous work of the same nature as well as time and cost estimate.
