Manual and Automatic based on geography, source, weighted, round-robin. - Automatic reassignment of lead based on criteria such as speed of response. - Lead record updating via email from Agent smartphone. - Integration of InsideSales or LiveOps Dialer systems Our in-house developer/partner may do all MLS data integration. CONTACT CULTIVATION - Multiple Contact Objects designed for specific type of Lead/Client - Integration of client Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, and Blog RSS feeds - Integration of MLS Homes for Sale data provided via RETS feed* - Search of MLS data and display of data within CRM* - Integration of Zillow, Walkscore, Education, and Altos data. - Assign contacts to specific Action Plan templates that populate Calendar/Tasks list - Calendar and Task List on CRM Home Page - Add Activity/Update the Contact Record fields in left column of Every page Use of freeApps and APIs is required. CLIENT/TRANSACTION - Transaction Management Object - Push of data to create "Client websites/portal" where they can monitor own transaction information. - Showing Reports with data inputed from other agents via website. - Click to Call via Skype, Google Talk - Expenses module - Time Tracking module MARKETING - Conversion of MLS data to print and email campaign materials (similar to Conga Composer). - Conversion of MLS data to Market Reports that include Zillow, Altos, etc...data. - Assign contacts to multiple groups that receive Drip email campaigns. - Push of MLS and other data in CRM to create Single Property or other websites. Will probably have 20 different designs that can be created instantly from within CRM and sent to contact. May also do this via the Home Search website. REPORTS - Leads - Transactions - Many others. Less important at this time. DASHBOARD - Customized dashboard reflecting website visitors, leads by campaign, conversion to clients, Gross Commission in pipeline, etc... SYNC - iPhone, Blackberry, HTC Android, PalmOS, Treo, and Windows Mobile Phones - Outlook - Google Calendar, Mail, Chat - possible connection to Wave - Quickbooks - Possibly external transaction management software TIMELINE ASAP.
