Produce an handmade item - Fabric Labels for my Handmade bags

I'm looking for tags/labels for my handmade bags. I need tags to fold over and sew into my items. Kind of like what you seen on levi's jeans. They must be washable! Black and white preferably with a nice print. I need "nini" printed so it is easily read. Let me know your price with details of design. Also be clear on the fabric you will be using.
