Below knee length skirt with gorgeous fabric, would like made into a summer dress for my toddler in a 3T. Could be made into a sun dress and straps fashioned from either the lining or extra materials from the skirt. If possible, would like the lining incorporated into the dress as the fabric is somewhat sheer. Fabric has some rhinestone detailing which I would also like incorporated into the dress.
