We are looking for a full time position logo designer in developing nations. 3+ years of experience Work full time 8-9 hrs a day.  Asia day time shift. We welcome designers from India, Philippines, Russia etc.. Guaranteed Pay: $1.5 USD/hr  (DO NOT BID MORE THAN $1.50, it will be rejected) Work & Pay: Complete 7-8 Logo Orders a day,  every order is assigned to 4-5 designers.  Every time client choose your design, you will earn approx. $20 USD when the order is complete. An average designer, expect $25-$40 USD/day or $550-$800/mo.    The better your designs, the better your pay!  - You may do as many designs as you want for an order. Base Pay: You will be guaranteed $1.50 USD/hr regardless of your pick rate.  The extras will be paid as bonus at the end of the month. This is a full time position for serious designers ONLY!  Resignation require 2 weeks of  advance notice after 2 months of employment.  May resign any time within first two months.
