Telemarketing - Call Support Representative
We appreciate great people. Come grow with us! Real estate investment and education firm seeks upbeat, friendly, talented, and efficient Telemarketing/Call Support Representative. This individual should also posses strong Marketing/Administrative Assistant capabilities. This position requires a talented and persuasive professional who communicates well with prospects, customers, and staff. This assignment will potentially lead to an ongoing job with the firm. ABOUT THE JOB: You will be given specific duties, tasks, and assignments that need to be completed each day. You will: • place and receive numerous inbound and outbound calls. • record vital info for client management and follow-ups. • assist in implementing and tracking marketing campaigns. • help to generate/service leads and customers. • regularly perform internet searches to gather various types of information. • be trusted to write, edit, and post to certain social networking sites and forums. • be responsible for managing the CEO’s daily calendar including appointment scheduling and confirmations. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Common Weekly Tasks (include but are not limited to): 1. Calendar management for the CEO. Set up appointments. Confirm appointments. Keep CEO organized. Inform CEO of upcoming meetings and events. 2. Manage the CRM online platform, record accurate data, and be efficient with your time. 3. Generate new, quality leads for the company. 4. Customer service: follow up with prospective customers, customers, and partners (by online chat sessions, email, and phone calls. 5. Place and receive, both personal and business, phone calls on CEO's behalf. 6. Check and respond appropriately to email. 7. Post different free ads to CraigsList.com and BackPage.com. 8. Write topics and post responses on social networking websites (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Squido, and blogs). 9. Direct mail letters and postcards to mailing lists. 10. Search for and obtain new articles on financial management or wealth creation. 11. Write, edit, and publish each email communications to buyers and sellers. 12. Create documents, text, and articles on behalf of company. 13. Publish website updates—as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. You MUST be able to make unlimited business calls for our business. You need to have your own system for making calls (it may be helpful for you to get Magicjack, a plan with unlimited calling or some other comparable calling plan). 2. The ideal candidate must be available for telephone interview. 3. Must be extremely organized, productive, and able to work well under critical deadlines. 4. Must have excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. 5. Must be highly and promptly responsive to phone calls, emails, and other messages. 6. Must demonstrate proper grammar and spelling in communications. 7. Must demonstrate an outstanding work ethic. 8. Must be resourceful, professional, and willing to take initiative in completing projects.
