The Seeker is looking for a lightweight material or system of materials that can serve as a high temperature fire partition. It must be able to meet a very stringent US fire test. The proposal, which is subject to validation by the Seeker, should include a detailed description of the materials and technology used to make it. Material should be provided for more stringent testing. Theoretical solutions may be considered for a smaller award assuming materials could be obtained for testing.
