Chemistry challenge - Stabilizing an Oil and Food-Seasoning Suspension
This Challenge is looking for a physical process or additive technology to stabilize a stirred suspension of food seasonings in oil. The process or technology should not influence the sensory properties of the seasoning or the finished food product. This is a Challenge which requires a written proposal only. The expected deliverable is a detailed description of the proposed method including explanation of the technology or process, with drawings as necessary. The Solver should propose a method that meet the requirements and justify it with arguments and relevant references. Drawings of any proposed devices will be required. Awards will be made at the discretion of the Seeker after evaluation of the submissions. The Seeker retains the right to make a partial award should the awarded solution not meet all the Technical Requirements or Project Criteria.
