Need programmer to translate / parse an ASC X12N 835 HIPAA Transaction file into a database. Will need to match data to existing claims within database and produce a report in PDF format showing Original Claim Number, Date of Claim, Date Submitted, Amount Billed, and Amount Paid. This is a web application and must be written in PHP and the data stored in a MySQL database. No third party components or dll files to be used. Program must pass HCCO certification standards to be consider complete and accurate.
