Customize designed Drupal website

Looking for a provider that can convert my current website design (in psd) into Drupal. task: 1) install DRUPAL into my web server 2) convert my all my PSD designed layout into Drupal CMS 3) create all the subpages (30+ pages) . Currently i have everything in PSD. 4) add and customized the module for application eg. article manager, search box, etc The provider need tobe very experience in drupal as my design is very challenging and detailed. You shall need to edit the code & reprogram some section. Some requirements are very specific. The time line is very tight. I need communication My budget for the whole project is $240.
