Quote for software design required - desk top application (PC) with internet components
I am requiring the design of a desktop application. In a nutshell it will be a program that will accept a variety of customization options and then GENERATE an exe file. The file generated will be a sort of hybrid ebook/browser (standalone) that will have contact with the internet. Please use this description to estimate a time for coding and a price. Thank you.
