Convert website to joomla & with a few additions

I need our website converted to joomla. Our existing site = a-e-o.com I want our site to look like the following site http://www.southlandelectrical.com/index.asp I want to be able to show video on our home page when someone lands there. and I want a page or area that will scroll pictures.
