Our client www.stimulum.ca has a site that needs to be improved. A better top banner (illustration or image based) and one static home page only template needs to be created. Perhaps a site such as http://www.vigaplus.com/index.php might be a guide for the template (950px wide, centered with edge shadow,  not to be copied, just as a guide). The overall design must be tasteful, not provocative and improve conversion. Delivery of the PSD file is required for the top banner.
