Should have an extensive portfolio. Skills: Create Photoshop files that are ready for slicing and preparation. Familiar with web graphics (logo, icons, backgrounds, buttons). Expected to have a clear understanding of how to express brand attributes.  Must be able to communicate your ideas visually,verbally and in writing. Must have an eye for detail and be creative and pro active Familliarity with digital file formats (tiff,gif,eps,pdf) and must mention strengths and weaknesses of each.  Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, a wide variety of media and production methods,Web design,CSS,XHTML Wordpress and Drupal. The training includes all the latest strategies,techniques and methodologies in Internet Marketing. NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS, fixed budget at $250 = 80 hours = Hourly fee,  including the O Desk fee.You will need to prove yourself first and you will be paid on time at the end of the 80 hours, as is seen from our history on O Desk.   You will not be able to work for another internet marketing company at the same time & will need to approve a non disclosure document. This is an `in house' working as part of a team assignment, meaning that it is an individual that will be hired NOT the company.
