Summary : We're seeking someone who can handle a project from start to finish. Including; finding and hiring the right team of people to do the tasks, quality checks, and daily client updates to completion. This probationary position is for a single small project (a budget of 25 hours total for yours, and developers time), for which you will be provided all details on the deliverables. Your job will be to deliver, on time and on budget. You will have an immediate impact on our ability to turn projects around quickly, and with great customer support, and therefore you will have a major impact on our client satisfaction and therefore bottom line. Responsibilities : Review, and understand project deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Find and hire the people (or yourself for some) to do handle the tasks quickly, and with high quality. Assign the tasks to the development team. Get daily progress reports and submit to the client. Upsell additional products and services to the client. Close out the project successfully, at or below budget and timelines. Information & Materials we will provide: You will be provided with a very detailed write up, of the project. Including timelines, budgets, contact info, deliverables, and goal. We will provide payment to you and the team of developers, once you provide the finished project. Success Means : If you're successful, we have a finished high quality website delivered to the very satisfied client. Ideal Candidate : Trust worthy - Can you deliver what you promise? Great communicator - Comfortable chatting with business owners, about what it takes to have a successful website. Organized - Keeping track of multiple people, at multiple times. Detailed - The clients will look at every detail, you should be them to the punch. Process : The successful candidate will submit a bid for how many hours of project management time they will need to complete this project (which has a 25 hour budget, and includes a template design, and coding, and an aweber integration). Answer pre-hire communications quickly. Be on contractor status. Willing to sign legal confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
