After thinking, reviewing and searching a lot of candidates, I would like to discuss more about you developing our project. How Network Elevation.com should Look & Feel: This is a detailed email I’m sending you of what I need on the website and want to control on the website/backend/admin area. Like I mentioned 2 months ago I would like a redesign from this http://www.networkelevation.com/directory to something VERY ELEGANT, SHARP, CRISP, UPSCALE with a HD look (High Definition) like these 5 websites: http://www.nbcolympics.com http://sports.com http://www.5starweddingdirectory.com http://www.next.co.uk http://robbreport.com We need the website to be wide. We will need space on the right hand side of the website to place rotating banner ads (like 5 Star Wedding). We would like to have some wide flash banner banner/movie on the front page like the 3 of these have http://www.thehotelwindsor.com.au/index.php, http://www.luxurylifestyle.com, and http://www.mrandmrssmith.com. Some have 3-5 flash slides playing and others have a script running (we will need to edit that also in the admin area). About Our Company / Who is Network Elevation: Network Elevation is an online network marketing/advertising directory tool DEDICATED SOLEY to reps, distributors, associates and party planners of over 300 + network marketing companies such as Mary Kay, Avon, Amway, Tahitian Noni, Pre-paid Legal, Tupperware and many more. Network Elevation is here to get the rep/associates name/business out in front of future entrepreneurs/home base business owners who’s seeking to work independently/from home. Advertisers Experience: 1. They will be able to add a short video to the home page video gallery (if room is available) 2. They will be able to upload up to 5 videos to their profile page 3. They will be able to upload up to 5 photo/images to their profile page 4. They will be able to chat on/from their profile page with guest that are thinking of signing up with that advertisers business 5. There should be 5 advertising options/tabs. Profiles, Banner, Events, Classifieds and Articles (ex: http://www.5starweddingdirectory.com/advertise.php) 6. There will be 3 different Profile Pages that the advertisers/member can choose from; Silver, Gold and Platinum profile pages. The Silver will only show basic contact information, the Gold will show more contact information and photo and te Platinum profile page will show different features from videos, photos, “online now” status, on page private chat and more. The different profile pages will cost different prices. 7. On the Results Page: Platinum Profile members/advertisers will be on top of Gold profile member/advertisers and Gold profile members/advertisers will be above/on top of Silver profile member/advertisers. 8. Each profile page should be search engine friendly and show up on major search engines. 9. Each profile page will have information listed about the profile advertiser such as; contact information, name, company name, telephone #, website link, city, state, zip code, about me space, contact me form, up to 3 website links, online status icon or offline status icon, cities/counties/states they service, special promo section and on page chat room. 10. Above each listing on the results page it should show the members name, how many visits that profile has received and the last login date of that profile owner 11. Each members profile page will have a Contact Form to send that member/advertiser a note/message 12. We need to be able to place a banner ad up top right above the menu bar, right side of the site (vertical) and bottom of the website (horizontal). The Shopping Cart/Checkout Process: Like I mentioned 2 months ago, I need our checkout system to work JUST LIKE these 2 directory website checkout systems: http://www.5starweddingdirectory.com/advertise.php and http://www.weddepot.com/advertise.php ... The previous developer tried to make the checkout system but didn’t finish like we asked. This is our checkout system on what his has done so far: http://www.networkelevation.com/dir/register.php. If you pay very close attention to both http://www.5starweddingdirectory.com/advertise.php and http://www.weddepot.com/advertise.php you will see when you add your profile to more/different categories the price will go up (I will sit down with you so we both can go over the checkout process together). Starting out we are giving away hundreds of free Silver, Gold and Platinum profiles. For the advertiser to receive a free 90 day profile they have to give/put a credit card on file. Once the 90 days has expired, our merchant system should automatically start drafting the credit card on a 6 month or 12 month basis. Ex: If a client chooses the Silver Profile page for $1.95 a month, their credit card will be drafted $11.70 for a 6 month option or their credit card will be drafted $23.40 for a 12 month option. Once their credit card has been drafted, their credit card won’t be drafted again until the 6 or 12 month plan has expired. We will be using Merchant Express who processes credit card transactions through/with Authorize.net and we will also be using our PayPal account as our 2nd payment gateway/option. Our PayPal email address is paypalpayment@networkelevation.com. What Merchant Express information will you need to complete the payment/gateway process? The Operation/Backend/Admin: Everything you see here http://www.networkelevation.com/dir/admin/login.php (username: demo and pass: demo) in our current admin area we will still need to do/offer/control/edit everything BUT we will have to add more features. The Guest/Visitors Experience: 1. The guest will have the option of choosing /searching for a member by city/state/zip code within a 25/50/75/250/500/Anywhere radius. 2. Both a drop down box of different countries and icon flags should allow visitors to switch languages. 3. The guest should be able to see these 3 things. Guest Online, Members Online & Today’s Visits (we need to be able to hide/show this feature from the admin area). 4. Guest will be able to watch videos on the front page of advertisers advertising themselves. (2 videos on top of each other which equals 4 videos). To start the video, the visitor will only have to click on the video. They can also read a small caption of the video under the BIG video player. We need a “more” button that will link the visitor to the advertisers profile page. 5. We would like to have both the “Tell-a-Friend and Subscribe to Our Newsletter” rotate throughout the website as well. 6. Here is a link (example) of what the chat room inside the Platinum Profile page should resemble. When visitors are on advertisers/reps profile page and the rep in online, we would like the visitor to be able to chat with the advertiser/profile owner. Of course we do not want to use Yahoo messenger on our Network Elevation website but maybe something more custom when developing the different chat add-ons we mentioned before. 7. Quick Links should be at the bottom of the page under the country flags Other Needs: The site should show the options of 15 different languages: English French Spanish Standard Chinese (Mandarin/Putonghua) Yue (Cantonese) Finnish Swedish Bahasa Indonesia Italian Hebrew Korean Thai Japanese Latin Vietnamese 2. Question Mark ? Button: Please put or allow us to put little round circles with “ ? “ inside the circles beside hard to understand fields. Ticker: A ticker going across the screen/website of news that we want to advertise/display. I have a few more things to add but all of this is the majority of what we need ASAP. Like I mentioned before we will need a lot more marketing tools after this site is complete. Just remember, we need the site to look High Class, Good Quality, Upscale, Elite and Crisp … HD (high definition).
