Tier 1 Tech Support / Customer Service Rep
We are a fast growing company located in Chicago specializing in a call center technology product. Currently we need a person to cover our help desk support and handle some computer entry work. Your basic responsibilities will be to take Tier 1 support calls from our clients, answer phones, product support and basic troubleshooting. Specific tasks: 1) Acquire basic knowledge about the product 2) Accurately enter data and information into a our support system 3) inbound support phone calls and email from customers and assist with new customers getting started with our call center products.
