It must have the fonts, color schemes, and border lines as seen in the markbittman.com website. I will NOT pay anything upfront. I will only pay when the template has been delivered to me in a zip format, ready to be installed, and I have installed it on my server to verify that it is fully W3C compliant and functional, with all modules exactly as seen in the attached image.
