Creating spiders to scrape data from website May 2010

I want to scrape a website. There will be an input text file. The input file will have a 100,000 words. Each word will be searched in a particular site. The output from that site will then be saved in an output file. Finally all the data from the out put file will be converted to email id's Is this something you can do ?
