I need a *professional* lead capture/squeeze page mini-site created by an *experienced* designer. In the past, I’ve created various sites with opt-in forms using Wordpress and the Thesis theme, but I can’t do what I’m looking for and therefore want to turn this project over to an expert. There will be a two page/two step opt-in process with very simple and clean pages. No video for now, so just graphics and text. In addition, there will be simple “thank you”, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service pages, and that is it. I’ll provide all the copy (although am open to suggestions). I will provide any industry-specialized graphics, but I’m hoping that you can provide icons and miscellaneous graphics to make the site look new and fresh. I’m attaching a (very) rough concept I hacked out showing the two main lead capture pages, as well as some sites showing the general look-and-feel I am looking for.
