Web Application Similar to DKText for CMRL (DOTGO Service)
I'm looking to have an online application created on my website similar to the one DKText has on their website. It will allow for a graphic, web-based interface that modifies the CMRL file. You can sign up and view for free at DKText.com to get a better idea of the programming involved. This would be compared to their re-seller package. This is a very time-sensitive auction. The basic program (create users, accumlate phone number lists, add/edit keywords, manually subscribe user, schedule updates, update messages, etc) are all that I'm requiring. The other advanced features (polling, QR code generator, etc) can be negotiated for further work on this project. (The project must be easily expandable to include those features).
