Browse and edit form for a MySQL table
I need a browse and and edit form for a MySQL table. It is a little bit more complicated than standard browse and update forms because in the browse and edit forms, data is retrieved from 5 tables and data is stored back into 3 tables. The edit form is a "tabbed" form where each tab represents data retrieved from different tables. For more information: see the attached files.
