Joomla Report Dead Links Plugin

I need a plugin that displays a "report dead link" link next to all external links in articles. Once clicked the user is asked to enter captcha to confirm. There must be a backend panel that shows all the links that have been reported. The backend must display the title of the article, link value, date and user ip address.
