I have a desktop image icon I call "Syndi". I want this icon to be installed as a piece of downloadable software (like a print driver). When activated the icon ( which has the face of a woman) which can be seen at www.syndicit.com would enable VOICE seaching of an existing SaaS document management sytem. Using 'talking Syndi' a user could look for documents according to the exisitng search function(s) fields, index values. In this a stage one prototype limited integration is sought. The user would activate the SEARCH function by saying 'Search' With voice select the Cabinet or Document 'currently click options' If Cabinet recognize the Cabinet Name from an available pull down list. For this prototype we would designate only three cabinet choices Once the Cabinet is presented speak an Index Value that ultimately would need to be mated to the available index values...(max of 14) for this prototype. If Document - recognize the available Document Name from a pull down for this prototype we would provide a limited set of five document names This is a prototype model and would lead to a ful integration withthe existing SaaS system whereby the Avatar would lean the full integration requirments for all Cabinets and Document types which would be fully dynamic.
