This is a client-server program. The user will access the program via internet explorer or other web based engine (however server is only local network, no connection to the internet needed). Components of the program: (1) Login (for different users). (2) Sender-Recipient information (Name). (3) Brief Description of the document (Title, type of document, number of pages). (4) Date/time Sent. (5) Status (6) Other information (who carried the document from sender to recipient). (7) Date/Time received. (8) routing of document (if document need to be viewed by several people. (9) Date/Time the document left the recipient (returned to sender if the sender expects it to be returned, or if multiple recipients sent to other recipients). Users can see the trail of the documents by entering the tracking number, description, other relevant information. This program is similar in concept to programs used by courier services to track packages.
