Flash sparkle effect for a logo and and image needed.
We need a flash sparkle effect on two images done (see attached picture). -Logo and image should have cool sparke effect (kind of like seen on http://www.designer-diamonds.de/epages/designerdiamonds.sf/en_GB/?ViewObjectID=4678) -flash objects must have transparent background -provide html code to implent it on the website AND -provide "no-flash" html code so a static image is loaded instead of the flash object. You will also have to provide the static images. After project is awarded I will provide you with logo and image. You will have to provide us with all above mentioned files within 48 hours after the bid was awarded to you. ***Rights & Files*** All rights for use and distribution will be in my name. Also all original files (i. e. PSD, .fla, .swf) have to be made available to me. ***Completion Time*** After the project was awarded you have to provide us with the files within 48 hours! ***Payment methods*** Freelancer escrow.
